The Shiraz-Mourvèdre-Viognier, a velvety smooth Rhône-styled blend with good depth of colour. Well-rounded with a concentration of game meats, and blackcurrant, cherry and peppercorn aromas. A full-bodied wine with grippy tannins and hints of blueberry flavours on the palate.
